Shipping policy

At Crafty Origins, each piece is handmade with love and care, so please allow up to 14 business days for processing time prior to shipping. Exceptions are pre-orders, and the processing times are provided in each listing. If you are on a mug pre-order, you will be contacted individually for your processing time. Thank you in advance for your patience.

Shipping Times:

Shipping times vary, and are based on the shipping method you choose at checkout. Here are some general guidelines:

• Domestic shipping (U.S. only) usually takes 3-7 business days.
• International orders (outside of the U.S.) can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks depending on the destination and customs processing. Please be aware that these are estimates and times can vary. Tracking & Updates:

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Unfortunately, I do not receive any additional information regarding delivery status than what you see in the tracking. 

Lost or Delayed Packages:

Delivery times are out of my hands once your package is with the carrier. If there's a delay, please check your tracking information first, then contact the carrier.

I'm always here to help and happy to assist in any way I can. While I do put a lot of effort and care into each piece, I'm not responsible for lost mail. Reach out for any questions/concerns.
